Spirit of the Sea
White Rock’s annual seaside celebration, the Spirit of the
Sea Festival, happens this weekend (July 31 and August 1) along
the waterfront.
Enjoy a kids’ carnival, seaside marketplace, races, live music
and more. The Torchlight Parade gets underway Saturday night at
9 p.m. and the fireworks start at 10 p.m. Sunday.
