Leisure Access provides you and your family with affordable recreation

Who is eligible?

All permanent White Rock and Surrey residents who meet the annual family income limitations may apply. Total income for all adults in the household must be included in the application.

How can I apply?

Applications are available at White Rock Leisure Services. Complete one application per family and return it to the registration desk with proof of residency and proof of household income. Take this opportunity to make a healthy lifestyle a priority for you and your family!

What are the benefits?

White Rock residents only

• Free public skating at Centennial Arena
• 50% off 1 White Rock Leisure Services program or lesson set per season per individual Surrey residents
• South Surrey Pool annual pass or 20 session pass. Leisure Access pays 50%, you pay 50%.

White Rock and Surrey residents

• 50% off 1 White Rock Leisure Services program or lesson set per season per individual
• Canadian Tire Jump Start Program assisting children ages 4-18

Note: If you are a Surrey resident, you can apply to Surrey Parks, Recreation and Culture Leisure Access program for South Surrey Arena and South Surrey pool access - 604 501 5100.

How do I access my benefits?

Once you and your family have been approved for Leisure Access, you can access your benefits at either Leisure Services location.
