  • Increase bone density, thereby preventing osteoporosis
  • Help increase flexibility and co-ordination
  • Reduce high cholesterol and lower your risk of high blood pressure, cancer of the colon, diabetes, heart disease, stroke, and osteoarthritis

Get Fit at the White Rock Waterfront
Did you know that the Promenade from one end to the other is 2.17 km or 2,864 steps? Walk from one end to the other and back with a trip to the end of the pier and you'll have taken 7,000 steps!
