The White Rock Fire/Rescue Department is committed to serving our community to prevent and minimize loss from fire, to protect life, property, and the environment, from fire and natural or man made emergencies. The WRF/RD accomplishes this through the variety of services and programs it offers. The department is staffed by 22 career members and up to 20 paid on call members. Operating out of a modern four bay station the department responds to over 1000 emergency incidents per year (1203 in 2004).
