Fire Fighters (members of the W R F/R D Volunteer Fire Fighters Association)
are active in our community raising funds for local charities. Fire Fighters
donate their time through a variety of events such as:

• Breakfast with Santa
• Annual Christmas Tree Chipping Event
• Christmas Light Display
• Boot Drive
• WRFF Volleyball Challenge
• Concession Services at many community events

Monies raised at the various events
are use to support local charities including :

• BCPFF Burn Fund
• Equipment for Peace Arch Hospital
• White Rock and South Surrey Volunteer Fire Fighters Victims
Relief Fund.
• Bursaries for Local High Schools
• Equipment for Kent Street Seniors Center
• United Way
• Miscellaneous Local Charities
