2010 property taxes will be due Friday, July 2, 2010.

A penalty of 5% will be applied to any current taxes and levies unpaid after July 2nd, 2010. An additional 5% penalty will be applied to any current taxes and levies unpaid after August 15th.

Interest will be charged on any unpaid 2010 Property Taxes commencing January 1, 2011.

Regardles of how you choose to pay your taxes, if you are eligible for the Provincial Home Owner Grant, you must complete the grant application and submit to City Hall by the tax due date of July 2, 2010. You can complete and submit the Home Owner Grant application online with your roll number and access code found at the top right corner of your tax notice, or complete the application on the reverse side of your tax notice and return to City Hall.
