CDCL

A Construction Management Plan was presented at a Committee of the Whole meeting on October 15, 2007 that outlines both the proposed truck routes and the construction staging. A copy of the presentation can be viewed below.

 BOSA PROPERTIES
MIRAMAR VILLAGE

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT INFORMATION
The construction of Phase I of Miramar Village consisting of the first two northerly towers has been commenced by Bosa Properties. City staff are working with Bosa to ensure that there is adequate information available to residents to ensure that they are aware of current and upcoming construction operations.

The intent is to have Bosa maintain a website that will provide information on their construction operations and any associated impacts on City streets. The City will provide a link to the Bosa property when available. In the short term the City will provide information and documents on the City's website for residents information.

Construction Management Plan

Bosa presented a Construction Management Plan at a Committee of the Whole on September 18, 2006 that outlined both the proposed truck routes and the construction staging. A copy of Bosa's presentation is attached that includes the Truck Route Map and the construction staging for Tower I & II.
